Unified Retail ERP Platform
An integrated ERP concept connecting POS, inventory, purchasing and finance for multi-location retail.
The challenge
Multi-location businesses often operate sales, purchasing, inventory and finance across disconnected systems, forcing manual reconciliation and delayed visibility into branch performance.
Our concept
This showcase demonstrates how we approach a unified ERP platform: point-of-sale, sales, purchasing, stock, warehouse and accounting connected in one system, with dashboards that reflect real branch and product-level performance as transactions happen.
Solution architecture
- ASP.NET Core Web API backend with modular services per domain (sales, inventory, finance)
- Angular frontend for POS terminals and back-office dashboards
- SQL Server for transactional and reporting data
- Azure hosting with scheduled jobs for stock and finance reconciliation
User experience
The interface separates fast, low-friction POS interactions from denser back-office and reporting screens, so cashiers and finance staff each get an interface suited to their task rather than one compromise design.
Example screens
Illustrative interface concepts — not screenshots from a live client system.
Executive Dashboard
Revenue, expenses, receivables, payables and branch performance in one view.
POS Screen
Fast checkout flow with real-time inventory deduction.
Inventory Dashboard
Stock levels and movement across warehouses and branches.
Purchase Dashboard

Financial Dashboard
